The driver of the car Tonya was in took off his facemask and turned to her. To Tonya’s surprise, it was Zettie, one of the four dudes she was dealing with before she left Buffalo.
“So what’s up? You still owe me!” Zettie stated. Tonya had completely forgot about him paying her a week in advance for some head. There was just so much going on… “Well?” Zettie said interrupting Tonya’s train of thought.
“The bitch trying to play you bruh.” The passenger stated, adding flame to the fire. “We should just rape this bitch and drop her in the water at La Salle Park.” Tonya’s eyes widened. Once the driver got to Broadway and Memorial drive, he made a quick left.
“Nah, that’s too much over $50.” Zettie replied. “We’ll just take her into the old abandoned train station and fuck her there…” Tears began to resurface in Tonya’s eyes. She couldn’t believe she was about to get raped AGAIN. Every other week or so there would be that one asshole that would fuck her over. Some would give her fake money. Others would give her real money, then after the deed was done, put a gun to her head and demand a refund. The rest, well they were so disgusting that NO ONE would ever want to admit they had sex with them.
“Time for pay back.” Zettie announced as they pulled into the grass near the train station. Zettie grabbed the gun and pointed it at Tonya’s face. “You say a word, I’m blowing your head off.” He stated. Both men got out of the car, snatched Tonya out of the back seat, and walked her into the train station.
“Pull in right here.” Trina said. Darren pulled over, Trina hopped out and stood at the corner of Forest and Grant. Darren pulled into The Corner Store parking lot. Trina stood out there for over an hour and no luck. She walked over to Darren’s car and got in. “Damn nothing tonight.” She said as she put on her seatbelt. “Take me back on Broadway. Let’s see what Tonya has.” Darren nodded and pulled off.
“Where the fuck did she go?” Trina asked as they pulled up to the corner of Broadway and Gatchell. As soon as Darren put the car in park his phone went off.
“Hello?” He said answering the phone.
“Darren!” Tonya shouted “Hand Trina the phone.” Darren put the phone on speaker. “I got raped.” Tonya stated. Trina’s jaw dropped.
“Where are you now?” Trina asked.
“I’m safe now.” Tonya replied. “A cab driver saw me walking down Broadway without out pants and offered me a ride.”
“Okay, we’ll meet you there.” Trina replied. Darren hung up the phone and they drove off.
“I still want my gas money.” Darren stated. Trina reached into her bra and gave him $50. “Thanks.” He said. Trina smiled.
“No problem.” She replied. “That policy clears tomorrow, and I’ll be rich!”
“Thanks for giving me a ride.” Tonya stated as she and the cab driver pulled in front of the cabin.
“No problem.” He replied as he parked the car. “I saw you were down on your luck, so I had to help. Plus, NO ONE deserves to get raped.”
“So what’s your name anyways?” Tonya asked.
“Yonny.” He replied. Tonya smiled.
“Can I call you tomorrow, Yonny?” Tonya asked. Yonny pulled out his business card and handed it to Tonya. “We’ll keep in touch.” Tonya stated as she got out of the car and walked to the cabin. Once Yonny pulled off, Tonya entered the cabin and was shocked when she saw Alonzo sitting at the kitchen table in tears listening to Drake. “What the hell happened to you?” Tonya asked as she sat down at the kitchen table. Alonzo took a hit of his cigarette and looked up at her.
“Meri doesn’t love me, and neither did my parents.” Alonzo replied. “Where are your pants?” He asked.
“At the old train station on Broadway.” Tonya replied. “I got raped tonight.” Alonzo’s eyes widened.
“What?” He replied. “Are you okay? What happened?” Alonzo asked. Meri sighed, Darren and Trina burst through the door.
“Tonya!” Trina exclaimed as she ran to Tonya. The two embraced, never wanting to let go.
“Darren, the guy that raped me deals dope on the West Side.” Tonya announced as she released her grip from Trina. “If I show you the house can you have it raided?” Tonya asked. Darren smiled.
“Will do.” He replied. “Damn Alonzo, what happened to you?” Darren asked. Alonzo looked up at him.
“You were right. I should never have paid 50 racks for a hoe.” Alonzo replied. He took another hit of his cigarette.
“By the way,” Trina stated “where is Meri?” She asked. Alonzo took another hit of his cigarette.
“She’s sitting by the beach.” He replied. Trina Tonya and Darren exited the cabin and walked to the beach where Meri was laying on a towel in the sand. They sat down Indian style and Tonya lit a blunt.
“What did you do to that man?” Tonya asked. Meri sat up and rolled her eyes.
“Nothing, I just told him I didn’t love him.” Meri replied. Darren shook his head.
“You need to make up your mind with him.” Trina stated. “It’s either you want to be with him or not! You can’t keep stringing him along, wasting his time and affection.” Trina passed Meri the blunt.
“I know.” Meri replied. “You’re right, it’s just so hard to decide. I really like him but I’m not ready to be tied down. He’s a nice, caring man but has no backbone. “ Meri took a hit of the blunt. “ So did you guys get the money for Trina’s phone?” Meri asked. Tonya frowned.
“No, Grant Street was whack and Tonya got raped again.” Trina replied. Meri shook her head.
“Darren’s going to have the nigga house raided tomorrow, we’ll see how this turns out.” Tonya replied.
“Cool.” Meri replied. “And don’t forget, we have to go to bed soon, The Juneteenth Festival starts tomorrow! I have to get some Shea Butter.” Meri smiled and everyone got up, went to the cabin and fell asleep.
SEE YOU NEXT WEEK!!!!
